About Us

Our Aim

MVARA firmly believes that an active lifestyle is key to enjoying good health during retirement age. We aim to provide regular opportunities to get out and about and keep fit.

In addition, we recognise the value of meeting with friends, and trying new experiences to make life fun and worthwhile. We are always open to organising new and interesting activities where we can enjoy ourselves together.

I’m not particularly fit, so knowing that there is no hurry to complete a country walk – or the pub lunch that follows – is perfect for me.
