simmering with desire, ambition and regret. Starring  Caroline Quentin.

A new story in the first stage presentation of Colin Dexter’s popular characters:

Morse and Lewis investigate the sudden death onstage of a young actress. Starring Tom Chambers.

 

Tuesday 20 January            THE CONSTANT WIFE                               Festival Theatre

Constance is the perfect wife and mother, devoted to her equally devoted husband who just

happens to be having an affair with her best friend… a new adaptation of Somerset Maugham’s comedy.

Starring Kara Tointon, with music by Jamie Cullum.

 

Tuesday 27 January             DEATH ON THE NILE                               Festival Theatre

Agatha Christie’s Poirot’s holiday takes a dark turn when a murder takes place on a luxurious

Egyptian river cruiser. Starring  Mark Hadfield, Glynis Barber and Bob Barrett.

 

Tuesday 3 February              IT WALKS ABOUT THE HOUSE AT NIGHT            Minerva

When an out-of-work actor takes a job playing a ghost at an old countryside manor he expects a

few cheap scares but soon far more frightening things start to take place. Dare you watch this

new play by Doctor Who writer, Tim Foley?

 

No ticket prices are available yet but these are touring shows so prices will probably be higher than

Chichester’s summer season tickets: I will let you know as soon as I can.
