DESCRIPTION:Classic Eastern health maintenance\nTai Chi and Chi Kung have been used in China for centuries to improve health and longevity. Benefits include improvements in mobility\, flexibility and co-ordination. The gentle\, low-impact exercises also strengthen bones\, reduce stress and boost the immune system. Classes begin with a 20 minute Chi Kung routine followed by a traditional short form of Yang style Tai Chi.
